If you are a longtime friend of The Hairy House you know that dogs, cats and horses have been my number one passion. It all started when I added a side hustle to my full time career as a Veterinary Technician, making fun and functional pet bandanas. My dream career!! Working with pets and people with a little sewing on the side. I have carried that passion and love over to the products I handcraft one at a time for my online store and the local shops that carry my products. Quality over quantity, designed to last.

Most of the materials that go into the making of a Hairy House product are sourced from other local small shops, I love supporting fellow business entrepreneurs. The process of sewing a quality item takes time and really good materials. This ensures the product you get is well made and absolutely gorgeous and made to last.
