CUSTOM ORDERS CLOSED 

As the only person making items for my shop I don’t take custom orders at this time. New products are always being added so make sure to check back often. We value your feedback so if you love something let us know so you can see more of what you like in the shop.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? 

All packages leave The Hairy House within 1-3 business days. Canada Post is used to mail your package either using Standard Oversize Letter mail and comes without tracking information or by Parcel Post. if your parcel comes with tracking you will receive the appropriate tracking information once your package ships. See shipping policies for more details.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY PRODUCT? 

Sometimes you get something that doesn't fit or meet your expectations. We happily take returns, keep in mind all sales items are final sale, in addition if any item is customized with a name it is also a final sale. I am unable to exchange an item for the same product as most items are one of a kind. Please see returns and refunds.
